- Plans: Kokichi is going to think this is another event in Wonderland (we had Minato and Yuu there, so it should check out). Once he realizes that's clearly not the case he's gonna wanna either get back to Wonderland, find a way to get to Gravity Falls, or (best case scenario) find a way to get his friends from Wonderland to Gravity Falls too. In the meantime he's going to investigate the setting and mess around with a couple of people's heads.
Seeking: For the initial confusion, I would be happy if Kokichi ran into people from the Danganronpa series so he can claim to be from Hope's Peak as well. Beyond that, if any teenagers/young adults who have a mischevious streak of any length want to hang out with him, he would definitely appreciate the support network in this world.

- Anything else: A quick appearance note, Kokichi will show up wearing this outfit instead of his canon one. Don't ask about the coat, you won't get a straight awnser. Also, due to how Wonderland works, he's an 18 year old stuck in a 16 year old's body that looks a bit younger than he is physically.
As for the persona, I am admittedly not familiar with the mechanics of the persona games themselves. If there is a way I can improve on what I created, I would appreciate the advice.
Phones characters bring in will still work, with the exception that they cannot connect to the internet and any outside calls won't connect (since the world is displaced from normal time and space). Characters with a phone in the game will be able to contact each other via phone regardless of what sort of phone they own, though!

we actually had a kokichi in the game previously who was also a crau fromrevivarium like red here, so they had quite a bit of cr and were... sort of friends???? about the closest you can get to a friend with kokichi anyway LMAO — but would you be cool with red remembering him? if not, i can easily say that he lost his memories of kokichi during his vegetative state (which he's currently in until fourth wall starts because i dropped from the game) so no worries either way!
