Sasuke mostly feels like he needs to stay away from Red as much as possible, ahaha. He saw the fear his appearance caused and he knows firsthand the kind of pain Yuusuke's capable of inflicting, so that + the increasing evidence that Yuusuke could have totally died under the circumstances Akira described make him inclined to believe that Red really was forced to kill Yuusuke when Yuusuke attacked him. It's something he knows Yuusuke was capable of from the start, even if he didn't really believe Yuusuke would take it that far, but knowing what he does now, he can figure more or less what Yuusuke's motives were (beyond just, y'know, survival and all).

Anyway. He pretty much figures at this point that Red is not going to want to see him around, but he feels like he takes some of the blame since Yuusuke's his twin and, y'know, maybe if he was better at generally existing and doing things he could have stopped Yuusuke?? Somehow??? (murder is how) (this never would have happened but it's Sasuke so he's got to blame himself one way or another). As it is, if he sees Red around at times where he feels he can help, he'll probably send Kurou along for aid or try to otherwise be sneaky sneaky about helping. He's like a stage hand, ignore the quiet ninja trying to set things up to make life a little easier, everything's fine.
