Akira, like Red, is someone Sasuke's more or less decided to avoid since he got wrapped up in the Yuusuke business. He's kind of inwardly blaming himself for never being strong enough to beat Yuusuke, as if that would have prevented the death he caused - and what he did to Red. Being real it probably wouldn't have changed much but Sasuke is a pro at blaming himself for anything and everything.

He doesn't really dislike Akira or anything, though! He's pretty grateful Akira went out of his way to explain what happened to him. He feels kind of bad for bringing it up in the first place though, since it wasn't really the easiest conversation for either of them. Basically, he won't immediately flee if he happens to run into Akira around, and he'll stick around if Akira seems to want him there for some reason; he just wants to give Akira space. This is definitely him perceiving even more problems than there actual are.
