oooo i'm thrilled to see a mondo around!!! i feel like these two could sort of maybe be buddies eventually? the delinquent act would be offputting to red (plus he's just pretty anti-social in general) but if he sees mondo's softer side he could gradually come to like him! he also has his pikachu with him, you know you wanna pet the pikachu
