Souji likes cats and therefore he is flawless.

NO-- He does like Souji well enough, he's friendly and kind and gentle where Minato isn't. Sasuke is actually more amenable to Souji getting his memories back because he seems like he'd be the type to be curious about it whereas Minato either wouldn't care or would actively dislike it.
