Name: Kaede, she doesn't have a last name but her code name was Lucy because Kakuzawa was a fucking nerd and named her after a fossil
Canon: Elfen Lied
Blurb: A quiet, sullen, antisocial pink thing with massive trust issues who still manages to look like a serial killer (which she was, but she's gotten better about that! Honest!!) Since she doesn't have her cool telekinesis now she can't kill things as easily, and she's in a depressed funk since That Time She Died, so she'll behave herself. Mostly. Her moral compass is still firmly tuned to "things that make people important to her upset are bad" rather than "murder is bad." The icon is a lie Kaede doesn't smile that much--but her anime split personality does! She's called Nyu, and probably won't be out for awhile yet. You all get to make friends with her Shadow first.

Arcana: I'm slightly torn between Hanged Man and Tower; Hanged has worked pretty well before in the past, so I might stick with that.
Details: My first thought was "Tiamat but not the titmonster one" and I've honestly been trying to come up with a better suggestion but I'm drawing a blank here, please help.
I'm also a bit stumped on the moveset too, because I don't actually Persona I just watch streams of it.

Enable me: I'm currently set on just Kaede for now!
Anything else: Since her Being Dead Injuries are mostly but not quite healed, she'll probably be in a wheelchair or on crutches a lot in the beginning because her legs don't always feel like working and debilitating phantom pains suck. It'll make her interact more with people in the beginning since she kind of needs help with stairs. Help push her chair, it's an easy route into starting a social link with her. And getting her to be less snarly.

I looked at Tiamat's images from the wiki and there's the titmonster form and a dragon form from different games, and it's not one of the Personas so you're free to use Tiamat and redesign what it looks like if that's something you want to do!!

As for moveset, I guess you could decide whether you'd like to go physical attacks route or magic first if you don't know where to start! Or you can just go wild , I doubt that you can pick wrong here c:

I think I'll start with physical attacks for now, and move up to magic later. I'm not sure if Personas can have dual types like Pokemon?? But I was thinking water as an element, since Tiamat's associated with the sea a lot.

but yeah, personas can have dual types! or multiple types, really, they're not limited to any one type!! Water isn't an element but ice is, and Tiamat could def be associated with that :3c

But okay! I think I'll go with Ice and physical attacks that just seem to come out of nowhere because NPCs don't see the invisible dragon thing doing them.

I think that they usually stick to one type of magic (there must be some exceptions but only ones I can recall right now is Sukuna-Hikona which had both dark and light skills in persona 4), but honestly personas are really customizable especially in the later games so you can end up with having a persona with all kinds of elemental spells thanks to skill cards. I suppose ice would be closest to water since they kind of gave up on water as an element in the later games, smh...I didn't see them on the game's skills page so I don't think they're available but you can always ask \o/
